We
just returned home from Paris and renting thru Paris Best Lodge. Such a
wonderful, magical vacation, made perfect by our little apartment in
the Marais. The apartment we rented was perfect for two people, very
clean and it had all the amenities listed. Internet, computer, TV (not
really watched since we were so busy out and about in the city!),
radio, fully equipped kitchen with all paper products provided,
washer/dryer, air conditioner. I brought a hair dryer from home; but
didn't even need it as there was one provided. A nice size closet to
store all of our clothes and a storage area under the steps to the
shower area was perfect for all of our suitcases. The location was
perfect with 2 metro stations convenient: Sully Morland going in the
Notre Dame direction and Bastille on line 1 which took us to all of the
sights in Paris. An adorable restaurant at one end of the street, cafe
at the other end, franprix around the corner, organic food store on the
street and a boulanger/patisseri at the other corner -- everything we
needed within a 3 min walk. Promenade Plantee was a 5 min run away and
was a wonderful place to run as well as running along the River Seine
and Canal St Martin. The rental process was seemless and very
responsive. Anytime I had a question, I emailed Thierry & Lucas and
had a response back within a day and sometimes back in minutes. As a
first time traveler to Europe, I was naturally a bit hesitant to send a
personal check for the deposit to someone I had no idea about; but thru
all of the correspondences, my concerns were alleviated. Once we
emailed that we were checking out; we had an email back showing our
deposit check ripped up in 4 pieces. We loved our visit to Paris and
would definitely rent again when we return to Paris -- hopefully sooner
than later!

Parisbestlodge.com is
the best
deal in town if you want to rent an apartment in Paris!! I reviewed
many, many other apartment rental services but when I got to the point
of actually booking an apartment, all sorts of additional charges were
tagged on. This did NOT happen with Paris Bestlodge. The apartment we
rented is on the best area in le Marais (Henri IV )-- and
Marais is the coolest neighborhood in Paris! It was immaculately clean,
had cable TV (some English-speaking channels), a free phone (to USA),
wifi and a computer, and a sound system for our ipod. The only problem
for me was the loft-style bed-- I knew it was a loft bed, but once we
checked in, I really didn't feel like climbing up into it every
night... but, luckily, the sofa pulled out, so I was okay. There was a
wonderful boulangerie (bakery) at the end of the street where we
purchased baguettes and pastry every day. There was also a wonderful
"zinc" bar on the corner, Le Temps des Cerises (The Time of Cherries),
where we had wonderful wine, charcuterie and conversation (sorta) every
evening. There was also a handy supermarket at the other end of the
street-- I think it was a Monoprix. We purchased all "the basics" as
well as milk, wine, cheese, etc. It was TRES convenient!! The landlord was really easy to work with, and
everything fell into place perfectly. Staying in an apartment was so
much nicer than staying in a hotel—and, really, much more
economical. Le Marais is a wonderful and low-key trendy neighborhood of
Paris, too. I HIGHLY recommend ParisBestLodge.

Having recently stayed in the
newest apartment that ParisBestLodge has
to offer, I can only confirm that it is wholly in keeping with the high
standards of accommodation, convenience, modernity and welcome that
PBL team consistently provide. The Henri IV apartment is
well-located
in walking distance of both Bastille and St-Paul metro stations. The
ground-floor apartment is situated in a beautiful and historic Parisian
building, is very peaceful and secure, modern and fully equipped for
everything you may need for a short or long-term stay in the city. In
one direction, the picturesque Marais district, with its boutiques,
cafes, restaurants and museums is right on your doorstep.
Alternatively, in the other direction, you can stroll across the river
to the Ile Saint-Louis, and enjoy all the treats that this exclusive
little island has to offer. I cannot recommend ParisBestLodge highly
enough, and on the four occasions I have rented from them, have always
been totally satisfied with the warm and hospitable service that
they provide.

really delightful experience - the apartment HENRI IV is charming and
complete, the neighbourhood wonderful, and the owner, Lucas is a
perfect, thoughtful host. We were close to everything, yet our
street was blissfully quiet. The neighbourhood cafe at the end of
the
block is fantastic. We loved coming home to our little nest after a day
of strolling around Paris. We could not have had a better holiday.
