I have selected and decorated each apartment myself, located
only in the two ultimate best places in Paris : St-Germain
des Prés and le Marais. The second page, "more apartments",
lists several vacation rentals managed by few friends owners in Paris.
You will deal directly with them. There is no commission agency or any
agent. This website is a direct contact between owner and tenant.
Each of my five
apartments is fully furnished and comes with
permanent, unlimited Internet access.
Parisbestlodge is the
only apartment rental service in Paris to propose this exclusive service in St-Germain des Pres for less than 100 Euros
all
included per night for a fully equipped, renovated studio in
the prestigious rue Mazarine.

The prices are ALL INCLUSIVE, final housecleaning included, nothing to pay more, no hidden charges.

My reservation process :
Send me an
email with your choice of apartments and dates.
I'll reply to your inquiry the same day, usually within the
hour, except when I am on vacation outside Paris.
I get many requests every week
for only a few apartments.
So, if the apartment is available, to book quickly :
Give me your name and address. I will email you a
short-term rental contract.
- Sign it and send it back to me
with a security deposit of 750
dollars by cheque or travelers cheque for one week rental,
or 1500 dollars for one month rental (or
equivalent in your currencies).
I
dont bank that cheque. I
just hold it as a safety deposit
during your stay and will refund it to you immediately upon
the check-out.
- You can also send immediately the deposit with your credit card by Paypal.
You will pay me the whole amount at the
check-in, in exchange of the keys.
The reservation will be definitely complete
when you return the signed
contract, along with the deposit.
Deposit
I will refund your safety deposit cheque immediately upon
the check-out.
Cancellations
If you
cancel less than two months prior to your arrival,
your deposit/down payment is non-refundable unless we are
able to
re-rent the apartment for your dates. If we are unable to
re-rent
the apartment for the said dates, we will keep 100% of your
payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting
the apartment for said dates, we will refund accordingly.
