Contract Landlord/Tenant.
Deposit with personal cheque (we dont bank it!), Travelers Cheque or PAYPAL.
You will pay the full lease amount at the check-in, in exchange of the keys.
Deposit immediately returned at the check-out.
The reservation is definitely secured when you mail us the contract signed, along with the deposit.
Prices are ALL INCLUSIVE, nothing to pay more, no hidden charges.
Cancellations
If you
cancel less than two months prior to your arrival,
your deposit/down payment is non-refundable unless we are
able to
re-rent the apartment for your dates. If we are unable to
re-rent
the apartment for the said dates, we will keep 100% of your
payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting
the apartment for said dates, we will refund accordingly.
