Since 1988, le Pavillon de l'Arsenal is an extraordinary place of the
City dedicated to Parisian town design through books, documents, images
and vidéos. These old workshops of clothes industry of
Samaritaine accommodate permanent and temporary exhibition in direct
relationship to the most contemporary evolution of Parisian town
planning. Among the events of the winter, let us mention this
spectacular project which places at the disposal of the public more
than 2000 films on Paris during one year for free access. This
partnership is possible with the Forum of the Images, currently closed
due to restoration. The Forum counts more than 6500 films devoted
to the capital. Documentary, fictions, reports, since 1895 until
today are consultable on the 5 working stations of the Vidéo
show entirely filtered of red. Another manner of discovering the
fabulous Paris.
