Since the opening of le Parc de
Villette in early 1980, "jazz has always been present on the site,"
state Piquard Frank and Vincent Anglade, programmers since 2005 of Jazz
Festival La Villette. "It's important for us, it shows that you are
engaged in a story that transcends the incarnation of the festival by
