The very first oar of the future Parisian subway was presented this

2 (Nation-Dauphine), 5 (Place of Italy-Bobigny) and 9 (Pont de
Sevres-Mairie de Montreuil) currently borrowed by the old oars designed
between 1968 and 1978, MF 67. This significant ordering of the
RATP relates to more than 800 cars, that is to say 161 oars, for an
invoice of 695 millions euros. This new subway is the
technological fruit of four companies collaborating together since
2001: Alstom, Bomber, Technicatome and CSEE Transport. Let
us notice the principal innovations of this new subway: An
integral vidosystem in connection with the cabin of the driver, screens
multi-media to communicate practical informations to the travelers, an
air-conditioning. Another appreciable innovation, the interior
noise of the oars will be definitely reduced.
